Abdominoplastia este o interventie chirurgicala de indepartare a excesului de piele si tesutului adipos (grasime) din regiunea abdominala, etajul inferior, cu sau fara modificarea locului ombilicului. In majoritatea cazurilor de refacere a musculaturii abdominale slabite, prin plicaturarea lor se creeaza un profil abdominal mai neted si mai ferm.

Operatia

Interventia chirurgicala se realizeaza sub anestezie generala, prima incizie se facandu-se la nivelul regiunii suprapubiane, prelungita spre cele 2 spine iliace. A doua incizie, daca este nevoie, se face in jurul ombilicul, muschiul abdominal se reface prin plicaturarea lor pe linia mediana, excesul de piele si grasime se excizeaza din regiunea inferioara a lamboul decolat, ombilicul se repozitioneaza in locul nou.

In timpul desfasurarii operatiei, se folosesc tuburi de drenaj aspirative pentru evitarea hematomului si seromului. In final se realizeaza sutura intradermica a tegumentului.

Tehnici de indepartare a sortului abdominal

Remodelarea conturului abdominal poate fi realizata folosind mai multe tehnici chirurgicale. In cazul in care exista doar acumulare excesiva de tesut adipos (grasime), acesta va fi indepartat prin lipoaspiratie.

Daca exista si exces de piele care formeaza sort abdominal, prin abdominoplastie se excizeaza atat grasimea, cat si pielea în exces. In acest caz, rezultatele superioare se obtin prin combinarea lipoaspiratiei cu abdominoplastia (lipoabdominoplastie).
